Online Training (TargetSolutions)
City of Oxnard Online Training (TargetSolutions)
The City of Oxnard uses TargetSolutions to provide online mandated training. Each employee is assigned an account in TargetSolutions.
Here are simple 3-step instructions to log into your TargetSolutions account:
2. Enter your username and password.
To log into your account, you will be using the following information found on your City pay stub as both your username and password:
First Name Initial + Last Name Initial + 5-digit Employee Number
Your 5-digit Employee Number is listed on your pay stub near the bottom of the document. See attached sample pay stub:
For example, if your name is John Smith and your Employee Number is 12345, then your username and password are both as follows (use capital letters for your initials):
JS12345 (J + S + Employee #)
If your account is new, you will be prompted to add answers to two security questions to your account.
Once you have logged into your account, please click on your name in the upper right hand corner of the dashboard and go to “My Profile“. Once you are there, please update your password. Also, if you do not have a City email address, please add a valid email address on this page.
3. Complete any assigned training modules.
Click on either “Home” or “My Assignments” on the left side of the screen, and click on any training assignment (for example, “Anti-Harassment Training”) in the center of the screen. You will then see the User Agreement, and the course will begin after you agree to the terms.
